Currently stay in a 4 in a block upper floor. Own front door and private parking. There is a communal back garden. Secure bin placement with 6ft gate which locks. We are looking to move as we need 3bedrooms instead of 2 due to one child being on the spectrum and having a 2 year old girl they cannot share rooms as he has constant meltdowns and needs his own space. Need a home that doesnt have stairs access up to property eg stairs to access living room and kitchen. The location is lovely with access to lots of walking areas and the hills right on your doorstep. Shop is 5/10minute walk or 2minute drive round the corner or down hill and local access to school/nursery around the corner also train station is 10minute walk. Bus stop next to the street for easy access down the town..
